SeniorCare’s 8th Annual Sunset Cruise to Support Seniors

SeniorCare Inc. will host its Eighth Annual Sunset Cruise Fundraiser, an evening cruise aboard Cape Ann Whale Watch’s Hurricane II, on Thursday, July 13, 2017. The evening, which is presented by Connected Home Care, includes a light dinner, dancing and entertainment by DJ Scottie Mac, raffle and door prizes. Tickets are $30 each and can be purchased by contacting SeniorCare at 978-281-1750 or online at www.seniorcareinc.org. Sponsor opportunities are available.

SeniorCare Inc. serves an area that represents more than 27,000 residents aged 60 and over.  We provide services to adults with disabilities and elders in nine communities. Established in 1972, SeniorCare has approximately 100 employees and nearly 400 volunteers. This allows them to live independently at home or in a setting of their choice, while remaining part of their community.

This Sunday in honor of Father’s Day, dads and grand-dads will enjoy 1/2 price admission from 10-1 when accompanied with their kids. Visit our Sea Pocket Aquarium and look for the Atlantic Wolffish. Male wolffish keep watch and protect their nests for up to four months until the eggs hatch. INTERNATIONAL DORY RACES

Come One Come All to the 65th Annual International Dory Races.  Be part of Gloucester’s heritage and this longstanding tradition of dory racing against our comrades from Lunenburg, Nova Scotia.  The races will be held at the Jordey State Fish Pier starting at 10 AM.  Come down and help cheer on all the rowers and be a part of the festivities.
