Open Painting & Drawing Sessions Selected Wednesday’s • noon-3pm • July – August – September Fee $5 Suggested Donation Over the decades, art enthusiasts have looked to North Shore Arts Association for their introduction to and ongoing involvement in the arts. As part of NSAA’s commitment to fostering the fine arts and its dedication to community outreach, NSAA is offering these open sessions. A call to artists – beginners, intermediate, all levels are welcome to stop by and work on their own personal projects. This is a great way to meet other artists, socialize, exchange ideas and broaden your knowledge. Meet new friends and immerse yourself in the Cape Ann arts community! The goal is to develop increased knowledge and skill that comes from sharing and critiquing each other’s work. We welcome participants suggestions to help this program evolve. How it works – These sessions are informal gatherings and offer no formal instruction. The studio/gallery is open to anyone, from professional artists to amateurs. The grounds of the NSAA are also an option! Participants provide all of their own materials: easels, paints, canvas, paper towels, drop-cloths, etc. Artists asked to pay $5 each. Light refreshments will be served. Reservations are highly recommended, but walk-ins are welcome. We reserve the right to cancel a session if no one has signed up in advance.
