Rockport PTO Holiday Fair

To be a vendor at the Rockport PTO Holiday Fair, please fill out the information in the link below and submit it with your payment of $60.00 for a 6 or 8-foot table. It is $60.00 per table that you order and payment upon this form filled out is highly encouraged to guarantee your spot for the fair and of course, placement is on a first paid basis. We will provide tables, tablecloths, and chairs. You will be able to set up the night before or the morning of the fair. We will have all raffles, bake sales or used items in the main entry way of the school.
You must donate one handcrafted item for a fundraising raffle for the PTO. We will collect your item when you are setting up your table.
We cannot guarantee special requests but will do our best to accommodate them.
Tables will only be reserved with full payment.

If interested, please fill out the information below and return it with your check for $50.00 for a 6-8 foot table. Placement is on a first paid basis. Please indicated if you would like an 8 ft table.

Rockport PTO Holiday Fair
Rockport PTO Community Yard Sale
The PTO will be holding a community yard sale on June 18th from 9 AM to 12 PM (rain date on June 19th) outside of the Rockport Elementary School. Anyone in town is welcome to have table at the yard sale! We will also have a PTO table where you can donate your random unwanted goods. The proceeds of this table will go to the PTO which funds many of the field trips your children go on, enrichment activities, teacher supplies, school improvements like the murals, scholarships and many more things! So, clear out your house of all your unwanted items, bring a table and join us for the 1st annual Rockport PTO community yard sale! Or, come shop with us and help support the Rockport School System!
Where: Outside Rockport Elementary School, Jerden’s Lane
When: Saturday, June 18, 2016 (Rain Date: June 19, 2016)
Time: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Cost to sell: $15 per table for PTO members, $20 for non-PTO members
Please note: You must bring your own table(s). The PTO will not be providing tables.
